Beryl Robertson is our daytime receptionist and residential accounts manager. Beryl also handles all inquiries relating to the Postini anti-junk/anti-virus mail filtering service.

Doug Young has been working with the Internet for over 20 years. He provides custom CGI programming services and specialized technical assistance to our clients. Doug specializes in developing comprehensive and customized Internet solutions. Doug is also our senior systems administrator and manages our high speed data network and servers.

Helga Ruppe is LWEB's company president. She also oversees our accounts payable department.

Laura is LWEB's human resources and office manager. She oversees the day to day operations of the LWEB office and handles all administrative enquiries. Laura is also our web designer, responsible for maintaining LWEB's web site as well as designing and developing web sites for our clients.

Simona Mercier is the front line member of our daytime technical support team. She is also LWEB's chief technical security officer. In addition to Microsoft Windows, Simona has extensive experience with the intricacies of many varieties of the Unix and Linux operating systems and network analysis. Simona handles setup and inquiries regarding our ADSL, wireless and VPN services. She is also curator of the LWEB Museum of Computer Antiquities.
